Pop-up @ Little Red's - Saturday February 21st

Hello Breadtopians,

Currant Rye is the feature this week.  This loaf is a 70% wheat and 30% rye blend (and therefore lighter than our 100% Rye) with the tasty addition of black currants.  Also available this week is Pain de Mie.
 
The Focaccia this week is Red Onion & Aged Cheddar.
