Following a one week hiatus, the pop-up at Little Reds returns this Saturday from 8-10am. We are now into mid-winter baking mode. This means the bread lineup is smaller but don't worry if you don't see your favorite bread any particular week, it will likely appear again another week. All of our breads freeze very well!
The feature bread this week is Cinnamon Raisin Spiral Pain de Mie. This bread contains thompson raisins and an attractive cinnamon sugar spiral. Makes the ultimate french toast on a frigid winter morning.
Also available: Danish 100% Rye and Red Onion & Aged Cheddar Focaccia.
Bosc Pear Danish is the feature pastry this week.
Cinnamon Rolls and Almond Croissant are also available!
