Pop-up @ Little Red's - Saturday, March 12th

Hello Breadtopians!

Easter is just around the corner and in keeping with that theme, I'm featuring Hot Cross Buns.  They are crafted by hand in the traditional British style, including our own candied citrus. (Ingredients: Arva unbleached white flour, organic whole milk, sugar, egg, butter, currants, candied citrus and lemon peel, rum, sea salt, yeast and spices.)  $8 per half dozen buns.  They freeze very well and can be be thawed, wrapped in foil and reheated in your home oven.  These will be available at the pop-up from now until Easter.  Pre-ordering is highly recommended.

Also available:  Red Onion & Aged Cheddar Focaccia.

Sheldon Raspberry Danish is the feature pastry this week.   

Almond Croissant are also available.  Cinnamon Rolls are on vacation this week.
