Pop-up @ Little Red's - Saturday, April 16th

Hello Breadtopians,

Just a reminder that the pop-up remains accessible through the front door of Little Red's.   Support our great local merchants.  There is plenty of parking along the side streets.  If you like, you may also park in the alley behind The Flower Shop and More, enter through their brightly painted back door and access Queen Street that way.

The feature bread this week is Aged Cheddar & Cracked Pepper.  This loaf is 100% naturally leavened with our wheat starter and filled with extra old cheddar cheese and cracked black peppercorns.  Limit two loaves per customer.  Pre-ordering recommended as this one goes fast!

Also available:  Roasted Red Pepper & Herb Focaccia.

Bosc Pear Danish is the feature pastry this week.
