Pop-up Bakery - Saturday, March 4th

Hello Breadtopians,

The Winter Pop-up Bakery continues this Saturday morning at 138 Church Street South (Breadtopia HQ).  Hours are 8-12noon.

*NEW* Feature bread this week: 
Maple Oat Porridge
This loaf celebrates the maple sugaring season with the flavour of local amber maple syrup.  What makes this bread more unique is the addition of double fermented rolled oats that are pre-cooked into a porridge and added to the dough.  The results in a bread with excellent digestibility, a complex flavour and moist crumb texture.
