Pop-up Bakery @ Snapping Turtle - Saturday, April 21st

Greetings Breadtopians,

I will be at the pop-up bakery this Saturday morning at Snapping Turtle Coffee Roasters, 145 Queen St. E. in Downtown St. Marys.  Open from 8-5.  Arrive early for best selection or pre-order your favourites.

Feature Bread:  Golden Brioche - made with fresh milled organic kamut flour, Arva wheat flour, egg yolks, milk and plenty of butter.  Leavened with a combination of wild yeast culture and baker's yeast.  Topped with pearl sugar.
