Breadtopia Home Delivery - Saturday, March 13th

Hi Breadtopians,

I will be offering home delivery this Saturday morning.  No-contact porch drop between 8 and 11 am.  If you haven't ordered before, please confirm your street address as well as any special delivery instructions that might apply.  Payment can be made by e-transfer to rsfraser@rogers.com or exact change in an envelope.

Deadline for orders:  Noon on Friday.

The feature this week:  Hot Cross Buns! 

Easter is just around the corner!

Ingredients: Organic wheat flour, organic whole milk, sugar, egg, butter, currants, candied citrus and lemon peel, dark rum, sea salt, yeast and spices.  $9 per half dozen buns.  They freeze very well and can be thawed, wrapped in foil and reheated in your home oven.

                                           

This week, I will have Sourdough Bagels.  Sesame, Poppy or Plain.  $2 each.
