This Saturday morning, I will be offering home delivery from 8 to 10 am.
Reply to this message or email sourdough@rogers.com to submit your order and include your street address as well as any special delivery instructions that might apply. Payment is accepted by cash in an envelope or alternatively by etransfer to rsfraser@rogers.com.
A reminder that next Saturday, May 7th marks the opening of the outdoor farmers' market season. See you at the Flats! 8am to 12 noon. I will still be accepting pre-orders and home delivery will remain an option.
Deadline for orders: Noon on Friday. Order early to avoid disappointment!
Feature Bread: Marble Rye
Much lighter than the 100% Rye and made with a blend of wheat and rye flour, this new feature bread is perfectly suited for a classic deli sandwich with corned beef and sauerkraut. The marble effect is created by combining two doughs, one plain rye and the other darkened with the addition of natural cocoa powder.
