St Marys Indoor Farmers' Market - Saturday, December 6th

Hello Breadtopians!

This Saturday morning, I will be at the Indoor Farmers' Market at the Pyramid Centre from 8 am to Noon.  For those who can't attend, I offer home delivery following the market.

Please note:  There will be no delivery next Saturday, December 13th.  I will return for the Christmas Indoor Farmers' Market on December 20th.

Reply to this message or email sourdough@rogers.com to submit your order and please include your street address as well as any special delivery instructions that might apply.  Payment is accepted by cash in an envelope or alternatively by etransfer to rsfraser@rogers.com.

Deadline for orders:  8 am on Friday.

The classic Italian sweet bread with raisins and candied citrus, 100% naturally leavened using a 72 hour process. Packaged for gift giving.   Limited number available, order early!.  $50 each (700g). 

Rum Stollen. (**Available this week or pre-order for Dec 20th**)

A traditional German cake-like fruit bread, lightly sweetened, enriched with milk and butter, flavoured with golden raisins, toasted sliced almonds and candied citrus soaked in rum.  Dipped in butter and coated with icing sugar, it has a great keeping quality but also freezes well.  Packaged for gift giving.  $30 each (450g).
