St Marys Farmer's Market - August 30th

The feature bread this week is Raisin Walnut.  100% naturally leavened with our wild yeast culture, this bread is studded with thompson raisins and toasted walnuts.

On the pastry side, Almond Croissant is back.

Also this week, we have Kalamata Olive & Rosemary Fougasse and two varieties of Focaccia: Red Onion & Aged Cheddar and Fresh Tomato & Basil.

Pain de Mie, Hamburger/Sausage Buns and Pita Bread will be also be available this week.
