St Marys Farmers' Market - September 20th

Following a one week vacation, I'm pleased to be back at the market this Saturday.  It's Souper Douper Saturday!  Come by the market to buy some tasty soups made by local chefs to go with our delicious bread.

The feature bread this week is Apple Cider & Currant Rye.  In keeping with the autumnal weather of late, this fall favourite makes a return to the lineup.  100% naturally leavened with our wild yeast rye based culture, this bread is flavoured with the sweetness of apple cider and currants.  Makes great toast on a chilly morning.

On the pastry side, there will be Raspberry and Blueberry Danishes.

Also this week, we have Kalamata Olive & Rosemary Fougasse and two varieties of Focaccia: Red Onion & Aged Cheddar and Fresh Tomato & Basil.

Pain de Mie and Pita Bread will be also be available this week.
