St Marys Farmers' Market - September 27th

The feature bread this week is Aged Cheddar & Cracked Black Pepper.  100% naturally leavened with our wild yeast rye based culture, this bread is loaded with extra old cheddar cheese and the subtle heat of cracked black pepper.

On the pastry side, the season has changed and we have fall raspberries from Sheldon Berries featured in both our Danish and Scones.

Also this week, we have Kalamata Olive & Rosemary Fougasse and two varieties of Focaccia: Red Onion & Aged Cheddar and Fresh Tomato & Basil.

Pain de Mie and Pita Bread will be also be available this week.
