The feature bread this week is Polenta & Pumpkin Seed. 100% naturally leavened with our wild yeast culture, this bread features stone ground Ontario-grown organic cornmeal and toasted pumpkin seeds.
On the pastry side, fall raspberries from Sheldon Berries are once again featured in both our Danish and Scones.
Also this week, we have Kalamata Olive & Rosemary Fougasse and two varieties of Focaccia: Red Onion & Aged Cheddar and Fresh Tomato & Basil.
Pain de Mie and Pita Bread will be also be available this week.
