This week at the pop-up, I will be once again be offering large Panettone (700g) for $24 and small Panettone (80g) for $4. Also, Rum Stollen will be available for $16 (500g loaf). Both of these specialty breads will be available this week and on the 20th. Quantities are limited. Pre-ordering is recommended and always appreciated!
A reminder that next week, Dec 20th is our final pop-up for 2014 and we will return on Saturday January 3rd, 2015, same time and location.
The feature bread this week is Apple Cider & Currant Rye. This oval loaf is 100% naturally leavened with our wild yeast rye culture, mildly sweetened with local apple cider and filled with black currants.
Pain de Mie returns this week! Also, Cinnamon Rolls, Bosc Pear Danish, Kalamata Olive & Rosemary Fougasse and two varieties of Focaccia: Red Onion & Aged Cheddar and Roasted Red Pepper & Herb.
