Pop-up @ Little Red's - Saturday January 10th

Happy New Year Breadtopians,

The pop-up returns to Little Red's Pub & Eatery this Saturday January 10th from 8am - 10am.

Some important changes happening NEXT week to the bread lineup.  Several breads will be going on hiatus until sometime in the spring.  Others will remain but in a slightly different format and be on a rotation and won't be available every week.  As always, I invite your feedback on these changes.

NEXT week, the new bread lineup will consist of: ( / indicates rotating)

Focaccia
Fougasse
Stonetown (loaf pan format)
Country/Thames River (loaf pan format)
Pain de Mie
Danish Rye/Sunflower Spelt

The pastry/viennoiserie lineup will remain virtually unchanged.
