Many thanks to all those that came out to the first edition of the pop-up for 2015. As I announced last week, the bread lineup is undergoing some changes (in format and variety) effective this week and continuing until our return to the St. Marys Farmers' Market in mid-May.

Just a reminder, the pastry/viennoiserie lineup will remain unchanged.
The feature bread this week is Cinnamon Raisin Spiral Pan de Mie. An interesting and delicious variation on the our usual Pan de Mie, this bread is filled with golden raisins and when sliced reveals a spiral structure composed of sugar, cinnamon, cloves and cardamom. Obviously, this would make great french toast on a frigid mid-winter morning!
