The feature bread this week is a mid-winter favourite of mine, Apple Cider Currant Rye. 100% naturally leavened, featuring local apple cider, plenty of currants and in loaf pan format.
Due to popular demand, Thames River Grain is available again this week. Country will return next week. The focaccia this week is Red Onion & Aged Cheddar.
