Due to a lack of baking capacity this winter, I've had to further reduce the bread selection. My apologies. From now until mid-May, I will be offering the following breads every week:

Feature Bread
Danish 100% Rye OR Whole Spelt Sunflower
The feature bread this week is Challah. This is a braided egg bread of eastern European origin. Offered in either braided or pan loaf format and coated with either sesame or poppy seeds. Please specify.
The Focaccia this week is Roasted Red Pepper & Herb.
