Thames River Grain returns as the feature bread this week. This loaf is 100% naturally leavened and contains cracked organic rye, organic rolled oats, brown flax, toasted sunflower seeds and millet, all of which are soaked for 18hrs before being mixed into the dough. Also available this week is Danish 100% Rye, Whole Spelt Sunflower and Pain de Mie.
The Focaccia this week is Red Onion & Aged Cheddar.
Easter is coming! I'm pleased to announce that Hot Cross Buns will be available beginning next week until Easter. More details to follow next week.
