Pop-up @ Little Red's - Saturday March 14th



Hello Breadtopians,

To the relief of many winter weary souls, spring-like weather has finally arrived this week and Easter is just around the corner.  It's that time of year again; Hot Cross Buns have arrived on the lineup!

Our Hot Cross Buns are crafted by hand in the traditional British style, including our own organic candied citrus.
(Ingredients: Organic unbleached white flour, organic whole milk, sugar, egg, butter, currants, raisins, candied citrus and lemon peel, rum, sea salt, yeast and spices.)

$1.75 each or $8 per half dozen buns.  They freeze very well and are best enjoyed wrapped in foil and reheated in your home oven.  Quantities are limited and pre-ordering is recommended.

Stonetown Pain au Levain returns as the feature bread this week.  This loaf is 100% naturally leavened with deceptively simple ingredients and is a prime example of how using locally and milled flour and long fermentation can maximize flavour.

Also available this week is Danish 100% Rye, Whole Spelt Sunflower and Pain de Mie.
 
The Focaccia this week is Roasted Red Pepper & Herb.
