Our Hot Cross Buns are available again this week. $1.75 each or $8 per half dozen buns. They freeze very well and are best enjoyed wrapped in foil and reheated in your home oven. Quantities are limited and pre-ordering is recommended.
Seeded Country returns as the feature bread this week. This loaf is 100% naturally leavened and includes a blend of locally grown and milled unbleached white flour, rye, whole wheat as well as toasted sunflower, sesame and flax seeds.
Also available are Danish 100% Rye and Whole Spelt Sunflower.
The Focaccia this week is Red Onion & Aged Cheddar.
