Pop-up @ Little Red's - Saturday March 28th

Hello Breadtopians,

Hot Cross Buns are available this week and again next week (Easter).  $1.75 each or $8 per half dozen buns.  They freeze very well and are best enjoyed wrapped in foil and reheated in your home oven.  Quantities are limited and pre-ordering is recommended.

Thames River Grain returns as the feature bread this week.  This loaf is 100% naturally leavened and includes a blend of locally grown and milled unbleached white flour and whole wheat flour as well as organic cracked rye, toasted sunflower seeds, flax seeds, millet, organic rolled oats and honey from Honeytree Apiaries in Burgessville.

Apple Cinnamon Danish is the feature pastry this week.

Also available are Danish 100% Rye and Whole Spelt Sunflower.
 
The Focaccia this week is Roasted Red Pepper & Herb.
