With market season here, I'm offering several breads that haven't been available for quite awhile. Check out the lineup to find your favourites and as always I appreciate your feedback.
Kalamata Olive returns as the feature bread this week. A tasty variation on our Pain au Levain, this loaf includes plenty of ripe kalamata olives. As with many of our breads, the unbleached bread and whole wheat flours in this loaf are 100% locally grown and milled at Arva Flour Mills.
Apple Cinnamon Danish is the feature pastry this week.
The Focaccias this week are Red Onion & Aged Cheddar and Fresh Tomato & Basil.
Also this week, there is a market only special. I won't reveal it but here is a hint: it would go great with something that might be on your barbecue this long weekend. Come out to the market early for a chance at this one.
