Pop-up @ Little Red's - Saturday May 2nd

Happy May Breadtopians!

Stonetown Pain au Levain returns as the feature bread this week.  This bread is naturally leavened and pairs well with a variety of foods.  As with many of our breads, the unbleached bread and whole wheat flours in this loaf are 100% locally grown and milled at Arva Flour Mills.

Raspberry Danish is the feature pastry this week.  Almond Croissant will not be available this time around but will return next week.

Also available:  Cinnamon Rolls, Pain de Mie, Danish 100% Rye and Whole Spelt Sunflower.
 
The Focaccia this week is Red Onion & Aged Cheddar.
