St. Marys Farmers' Market - Saturday May 30th

Hello Breadtopians!

Roasted Potato & Chive returns as the feature bread this week.  A tasty variation on our Pain au Levain, this loaf includes roasted Yukon gold potatoes and fresh chives.  The potatoes give this bread a particularly tender and moist crumb.

Rhubarb Danish returns as the feature pastry this week.  Fresh rhubarb was procured from Ann Slater.  Also available this week are Cinnamon Rolls and Pain de Mie.
 
The Focaccias this week are Red Onion & Aged Cheddar and Roasted Red Pepper & Fresh Oregano.
