The week, Kalamata Olive returns as the feature bread!  This oval loaf is 100% naturally leavened with our wild yeast starter and includes plenty of juicy, ripe kalamata olives.

Sour Cherry Danish is the feature pastry this week.  Also available this week are Cinnamon Rolls, Pain de Mie and Sesame Wheat.
  
The Focaccia this week are Red Onion & Aged Cheddar and Fresh Tomato & Basil.
