CHRISTMAS EVE Pop-up @ Little Red's - Thursday, Dec. 24th

Merry Christmas Breadtopians!

This Thursday, join me at Little Red's Pub & Eatery in downtown St. Marys for the final pop-up of 2015.  Open between 8 -10 am.  After that we will be taking a break, returning on January 9th, 2016.  This is your final opportunity to stock up on bread and other goodies!

Panettone, the classic Italian Christmas bread is $25 for a 700g loaf, gift wrapped and large enough to feed a crowd.  This bread is 100% naturally leavened, features organic candied citrus and will keep fresh for at least a month.  Quantities are limited so pre-ordering is strongly recommended.

Rum Stollen, the classic German Christmas bread is available.  $16 for a gift wrapped 500g loaf.  Out of my planned bake, many have been pre-ordered.  If you are thinking that you might want one then pre-ordering is best rather than risk disappointment. 

The feature bread this week is Aged Cheddar & Cracked Pepper.  This oval loaf is 100% naturally leavened with our wild yeast culture with the addition of aged cheddar cheese and cracked black peppercorns.

Baguette has returned and is available to order this week.

Pain de Mie is available in two varieties this week:  Dark Chocolate & Hazelnut and Cinnamon-Raisin Spiral.

I will have Cinnamon Rolls again this week.

A reminder that Granola is in two seasonal varieties:  Cranberry-Raisin or Belgian Dark Chocolate.  Please specify when ordering.  Makes a great last minute gift/stocking stuffer!

Cranberry-Apple Danish is the feature pastry this week. 

Focaccia are Red Onion & Aged Cheddar and Kalamata Olive & Rosemary.
