Happy New Year Breadtopians!

Hope everyone had an enjoyable holiday and 2016 is off to a great start. 

The feature bread this week is Raisin Walnut.  This oval loaf is 100% naturally leavened with our wild yeast culture with the addition of sultana raisins and toasted walnuts.

Also available this week:  Danish 100% Rye, Baguette and Pain de Mie. 
Bosc Pear Danish is the feature pastry this week. 

Focaccia is Red Onion & Aged Cheddar.
