Pop-up @ Little Red's - Saturday, January 16th

Hello Breadtopians!

The feature bread this week is Roasted Potato & Rosemary.  This oval loaf is 100% naturally leavened with our wild yeast culture with the addition of roasted Yukon Gold potatoes and fresh rosemary.

Also available:  100% Whole Spelt Sunflower, Baguette and Pain de Mie. 
Blueberry Danish is the feature pastry this week.   

Cinnamon Rolls return but Almond Croissant is not available this week.

Due to popular demand, Dark Chocolate Granola returns to the regular lineup.

Focaccia is Roasted Red Pepper & Oregano.

Next week, the mid-winter baking schedule begins.  Most of the regular pastry items will continue to be available, however the bread lineup will be reduced to include a smaller selection of breads.  More details next week.
