Pop-up @ Little Red's - Saturday, December 12th

Hello Breadtopians,

Again this Saturday, you can find us at fall/winter pop-up at Little Red's Pub & Eatery in downtown St. Marys.  Open between 8 -10 am.  A reminder that there is a special Christmas pop-up on Thursday, December 24th from 8-10am.

Panettone, the classic Italian Christmas bread is now available!  $25 for a 700g loaf, gift wrapped and large enough to feed a crowd.  There will also be samples available to try this week.  This bread is 100% naturally leavened and will keep fresh for at least a month. I'm also taking pre-orders for Rum Stollen, the classic German Christmas bread.  $16 for a gift wrapped 500g loaf.  Pickup for Stollen will be at the pop-up on December 24th only.

The feature bread this week is Apple Cider Currant Rye.  This oval loaf is 100% naturally leavened with our wild yeast rye culture with the addition of local apple cider and black currants.

This being Hanukkah week, we will have Challah!  Available in either braid or loaf pan.  Either topped with poppy seeds or sesame seeds, please specify when ordering.  Pain de Mie takes a break this week.  

A reminder that Granola is now available in two seasonal varieties:  Cranberry-Raisin or Belgian Dark Chocolate.  Please specify when ordering.

Blueberry Danish is the feature pastry this week.  Also available this week is 100%Whole Spelt Sunflower.

The Focaccia is Red Onion & Aged Cheddar.
