Pop-up @ Little Red's - Saturday, December 5th

Hello Breadtopians,

Again this Saturday, you can find us at fall/winter pop-up at Little Red's Pub & Eatery in downtown St. Marys.  Open between 8 -10 am.

The feature bread this week is Roasted Pumpkin Sourdough.  This oval loaf is 100% naturally leavened with our wild yeast culture with the delicious addition of McCully's Hill roasted pie pumpkin and toasted pumpkin seeds.  I had some requests to bring this seasonal bread back one last time.  Enjoy!

Also this week, the Cinnamon-Raisin Spiral Pain de Mie returns.  This one features thompson/ golden raisins and a cinnamon sugar spiral.

Granola is now available in two seasonal varieties:  Cranberry-Raisin or Belgian Dark Chocolate.  Please specify when ordering.

Bosc Pear Danish is the feature pastry this week.  Also available this week is Danish 100% Rye.

The Focaccia is Roasted Red Pepper & Fresh Oregano.

There will be a Christmas pop-up at Little Red's on Thursday, December 24 from 8-10am.

Panettone, the classic Italian Christmas bread will be available starting next week and every week until December 24th.  $25 for a 750g loaf, gift wrapped and large enough to feed a crowd.  Sorry for the delay as I had originally hoped to have some for this week.

I'm also taking pre-orders for Rum Stollen, the classic German Christmas bread.  $16 for a gift wrapped 500g loaf.  Pickup for Stollen will be at the pop-up on December 24th only.
