Again this Saturday, you can find us at fall/winter pop-up at Little Red's Pub & Eatery in downtown St. Marys. Open between 8 -10 am.
The feature bread this week is Oatmeal Stout Sourdough. This oval loaf is 100% naturally leavened with our wild yeast culture with the delicious addition of Broadhead Dark Horse Stout from Ottawa. A dry oatmeal stout, this beer imparts flavour notes of dark chocolate and coffee while giving the crumb a darker hue.
Also this week, a new variation on our Pain de Mie; Dark Chocolate and Hazelnut. This one is filled with chunks of Belgian dark chocolate and toasted hazelnuts. French Toast anyone?
Blueberry Danish is the feature pastry this week. Also available this week is 100%Whole Spelt Sunflower.
The Focaccia is Red Onion & Aged Cheddar.
