St. Marys Farmer's Market - Saturday, June 4th

Hello Breadtopians,

Come to the market this Saturday morning and buy fresh, buy local!  Just a reminder, the market is in a new temporary location -- Andrew L. Hodges Funeral Home south side parking lot -- during downtown construction.  Market hours are 8am - Noon.

The feature bread this week is Aged Cheddar & Cracked Pepper.  This loaf is 100% naturally leavened with our wild yeast starter and filled with extra old cheddar cheese and cracked black peppercorns.  Limit two loaves per customer so everyone gets a chance.

Thames River Grain
Aged Cheddar & Cracked Pepper
Country (Pain de Campagne)
Danish 100% Rye
Pain de Mie

Also available:  Red Onion & Aged Cheddar Focaccia and Kalamata Olive & Fresh Rosemary Focaccia.

Rhubarb Danish is the feature pastry this week.
