St. Marys Farmers' Market - Saturday, May 28th

Hello Breadtopians,

Thanks to everyone that made the opening day of the farmers' market last Saturday such a great success.  Come to the market this Saturday morning and buy fresh, buy local!  Just a reminder, the market is in a new temporary location -- Andrew L. Hodges Funeral Home south side parking lot -- during downtown construction.  Market hours are 8am - Noon.

The feature bread this week is Roasted Potato & Green Garlic.  This loaf is 100% naturally leavened with our wild yeast starter and filled with roasted Yukon Gold potatoes and fresh green garlic (mild garlic flavour) from Ann Slater.

Thames River Grain
Sesame Semolina
Roasted Potato & Green Garlic
Pain de Mie

Also available:  Red Onion & Aged Cheddar Focaccia and Roasted Red Pepper & Fresh Oregano Focaccia.

Rhubarb Danish is the feature pastry this week.   Cinnamon Rolls are now available again!
