St. Marys Farmers' Market - Saturday, September 17th

Hello Breadtopians,

It's Souper Douper Saturday at the market featuring delicious seasonal soups made by local chefs using produce from the market.  Looking forward to seeing everyone at the market from 8am - noon in parking lot at Jones and Water Street.  Eat local, Eat fresh, support small business and keep money in our community.

The feature bread this week is Aged Cheddar & Cracked Pepper. This loaf is 100% naturally leavened with our wild yeast starter and filled with old cheddar and cracked black peppercorns.

Thames River Grain
Aged Cheddar & Cracked Pepper
Stonetown (Pain au Levain)
Sesame Kamut
Danish 100% Rye
Pain de Mie

Also available:  Roasted Tomato & Basil Focaccia and Red Onion & Aged Cheddar Focaccia.

Raspberry Danish is the feature pastry this week.
