St Marys Farmers' Market - Saturday, October 1st

Hello Breadtopians,

This week at the market it's the 2nd annual Apple Pie Day.  Come down and participate in the pie competition and auction.  More details on the St Marys Farmers' Market facebook page.   A reminder that we will be at the market each and every Saturday until the end of October.  Looking forward to seeing everyone from 8am - noon in parking lot at Jones and Water Street.  Eat local, Eat fresh, support small business and keep money in our community.

With the arrival of fall, another familiar feature bread returns this week:  Apple Cider Currant Rye  This loaf is 100% naturally leavened with our wild yeast rye starter and filled with black currants and local organic apple cider

Thames River Grain

Stonetown (Pain au Levain)
Sesame Kamut
Danish 100% Rye
Pain de Mie

Also available:  Red Onion & Cheddar Focaccia and Roasted Tomato & Basil Focaccia.

Raspberry Danish is the feature pastry this week.
