St Marys Farmers' Market - Saturday, October 8th

Hello Breadtopians,

Happy Thanksgiving!  Come to the market this Saturday between 8am - Noon and you will find everything you need for your Thanksgiving feast.  A reminder that next week is Souper Douper Saturday and the market continues until the end of October.

Roasted Pumpkin Seed returns as the feature bread this week.  This loaf is 100% naturally leavened with our wild yeast starter and filled with roasted, locally grown pie pumpkin and toasted pumpkin seeds.  The crumb has a wonderful yellowish hue and pairs well with a variety of foods.

Dinner Rolls will be available this week in quantities of a half dozen for $4.  Made with locally grown and milled unbleached wheat flour, whole wheat flour milled in-house from organic and locally grown hard red spring wheat, butter, milk and eggs.   These soft rolls will perfectly complement your Thanksgiving feast.  Pre-ordering is highly recommended.
