St Marys Farmers' Market - Saturday, October 15th

Hello Breadtopians,

This week at the market... Souper Douper Saturday!  There will be a selection of soups made by local chefs with produce found at the market.  A reminder that the market continues every Saturday morning 8 am - noon until the end of October.

Challah returns as the feature bread this week.  This loaf is a traditional Eastern European egg bread leavened with baker's yeast.  Available in braided or loaf tin format and either topped with sesame or poppy seeds.  Please specify when ordering.  Makes great sandwiches or french toast.

Also this week, Cinnamon Spiral Pain de Mie,  a fall/winter favourite returns.  This loaf is filled with thompson raisins and a spiral of cinnamon sugar.  Pre-ordering is highly recommended.  Limit two loafs per customer.
