Pop-up Bakery - Saturday, December 17th

Hello Breadtopians,

The Pop-up Bakery continues this Saturday morning at 138 Church Street South (Breadtopia HQ).  The hours are 8-12noon.  A reminder that there will be a pop-up next Saturday, Dec 24th, Christmas Eve.

Apple Cider Currant Rye returns as the feature bread this week.  This loaf is 100% naturally leavened with our wild yeast starter and filled with black currants and flavoured with local, unpasteurized apple cider.

Holiday cookies!  Salted Chocolate-Rye Cookies.  Packages of 6 cookies for $5.50.  **Kamut-Honey Shortbread Cookies will return next week**  Instead, this week I have a new seasonal offering, Sour Cherry & Dark Chocolate Scone.  Order early as quantities are limited.

Don't forget to pre-order your Panettone in time for Christmas!  $28 for a 700g loaf, gift wrapped and great served at holiday gatherings.  This unique bread is light textured, wildly aromatic, 100% naturally leavened and keeps fresh for at least four weeks.

This week and on the 24th, I will have Rum Stollen available, the classic German Christmas bread.  $18 for a gift wrapped 500g loaf.  Pre-order now!
