Pop-up Bakery - Saturday, December 3rd

Hello Breadtopians,

The Pop-up Bakery continues this Saturday morning at 138 Church Street South (Breadtopia HQ).  The hours are 8-12noon.

Roasted Pumpkin Seed returns as the feature bread this week.  This loaf is filled with local roasted pie pumpkin and toasted pumpkin seeds.

Holiday cookies!  Kamut Honey-Lemon Shortbread is made with freshly milled whole grain kamut flour and flavoured with local raw honey and lemon zest.  Packages of four cookies for $3.50.  Also available:  Salted Chocolate-Rye Cookies.  *now a bit larger*.  Packages of 6 cookies for $5.50.  

Don't forget to pre-order your Panettone in time for Christmas!  $28 for a 750g loaf, gift wrapped and great served at holiday gatherings.   

I'm also taking pre-orders for Rum Stollen, the classic German Christmas bread.  $18 for a gift wrapped 500g loaf.  Pickup for Stollen will be at the pop-up on December 17th and 24th only.  Pre-ordering is highly recommended.
