Pop-up Bakery - Saturday, Jan 21st

Hello Breadtopians,

The Winter Pop-up Bakery continues this Saturday morning at 138 Church Street South (Breadtopia HQ).  The hours are 8-12noon.

Feature bread this week: 
Apple Cider & Currant Rye:  Composed of 30% fresh milled organic rye flour, naturally leavened and lightly sweetened with local organic apple cider and studded with black currants.  Makes divine grilled cheese or great toast on a chilly winter morning!

Pain de Mie

Also:  Red Onion & Aged Cheddar Focaccia

Note:  I won't be offering Danish this week.
