Hello Breadtopians,

The Winter Pop-up Bakery continues this Saturday morning at 138 Church Street South (Breadtopia HQ).  Hours are 8-12noon.

Feature bread this week: 
Aged Cheddar & Cracked Pepper:  100% naturally leavened by our wild yeast starter with extra old Ontario Cheddar and cracked black peppercorns

Stonetown
Aged Cheddar & Cracked Pepper
Danish 100% Rye
Pain de Mie

Also:  Roasted Red Pepper & Oregano Focaccia

and Strawberry Rhubarb Danish.

In place of the usual Blueberry Scone this week:  Blueberry Chocolate Scone
