Pop-up Bakery - Saturday, Feb 11th

Hello Breadtopians,

The Winter Pop-up Bakery continues this Saturday morning at 138 Church Street South (Breadtopia HQ).  Hours are 8-12noon.

Feature bread this week: 
Challah:  This traditional eastern European egg bread is lightly sweeted with local honey and well suited to sandwiches and also fantastic for french toast.  Leavened with baker's yeast.  Available topped with either sesame or poppy seeds and either braided or loaf pan format.   Please specify when ordering.

Thames River Grain
Stonetown
Danish 100% Rye
Challah
Pain de Mie

Please note there will be no Focaccia this week.

I will have available Raspberry Danish.
