The Winter Pop-up Bakery continues this Saturday morning at 138 Church Street South (Breadtopia HQ). Hours are 8-12noon.
Feature bread this week:
Cinnamon Raisin Spiral Pain de Mie: A extra fancy spin on the usual Pain de Mie, with Thompson raisins and a spiral of cinnamon sugar.
Sesame Red Fife has returned to the lineup. 100% whole grain Red Fife wheat flour, milled fresh in-house with toasted sesame seeds. With a moist, open crumb and distinct flavour, this loaf will make you think differently about whole grain breads.
