Happy Thanksgiving!
Feature Bread this week: Pumpkin Seed Sourdough
I make this bread around Thanksgiving every year. It's a savory bread (no added sweetener or spice) that is equally at home in a sandwich or morning toast. Heck, I would go out on a limb and recommend it for french toast as well. Made with roasted McCully's pie pumpkin and toasted pumpkin seeds for added texture.
