This Saturday morning, the fall/winter pop-up bakery returns to Snapping Turtle Coffee Roasters, 145 Queen St. E. in Downtown St. Marys. The pop-up opens at 8am. Arrive early for best selection or pre-order your favourites.

A couple of notes...
Brioche in a loaf pan format ($8) featuring 35% fresh–milled whole grain organic Kamut flour and topped with pearl sugar. Leavened with a combination of wild yeast culture (sourdough) and baker's yeast.
Maple Oat Porridge bread returns and replaces Thames River Grain this week. Features local maple syrup and organic rolled oats that are fermented and cooked before being adding to the dough.
