Pop-up Bakery @ Snapping Turtle - Saturday, December 9th

Hello Breadtopians,

This Saturday morning, the fall/winter pop-up bakery returns to Snapping Turtle Coffee Roasters, 145 Queen St. E. in Downtown St. Marys.  The pop-up opens at 8am.  Arrive early for best selection or pre-order your favourites.

Panettone is back!  This classic Italian Christmas bread is available in limited quantities starting this week and until December 23rd.  Contact me to reserve yours for this week or pre-order for upcoming weeks.   Made with our own organic candied citrus.  This rich hearth cake is 100% naturally leavened with our wild yeast culture in a process that spans over 48 hours.  It has a delicate flavour, a soft, ultra light interior and when wrapped, will stay fresh for four weeks.   $30 for a 750g loaf, gift wrapped and great served at holiday gatherings.

I will also have Rum Stollen again this year.  $20 for a 500g loaf.  Pre-ordering is a must for this one as it will only be available at two pop-up dates, either December 15th or 23rd.  Contact me to reserve.
