Pop-up Bakery @ Snapping Turtle - Saturday, December 30th

Greetings Breadtopians,

Happy New Year and all the best in 2018!

The final edition for 2017 of the pop-up bakery is this Saturday at Snapping Turtle Coffee Roasters, 145 Queen St. E. in Downtown St. Marys.  The pop-up is open from 8-5.   Arrive early for best selection or pre-order your favourites.  Please note there will be no pop-up next Saturday with the pop-up returning on January 13th, 2018.

Panettone:  As in previous years, I'm offering a special version of Panettone for New Year's Eve celebrations:  Dark Chocolate & Cherry.  Contact me to reserve yours!   Made with dried cherries and Callebaut dark chocolate.  This rich hearth cake is 100% naturally leavened with our wild yeast culture in a process that spans over 48 hours.  It has a delicate flavour, a soft, ultra light interior and when wrapped, will stay fresh for four weeks.  So even if you don't end up having it for New Year's, it can be enjoyed well into January!  $30 for a 750g loaf.
