Pop-up @ Breadtopia HQ - Saturday, December 1st

Hello Breadtopians,

Come out to the pop-up this Saturday at Breadtopia HQ, 138 Church Street South in St. Marys.  Hours of operation are 8am - noon.  No need to knock, just walk right in!  Pre-orders are welcome and very much appreciated.

Please note there will be no pop-up next Saturday, December 8th.

There will be a regular pop-up on Saturday, December 22nd and a special Christmas Eve pop-up on the 24th.

Here's what's baking at the pop-up this week:

Feature Bread:  Mixed Olives & Rosemary.  A blend of black Italian olives and green Turkish olives along with fresh rosemary.

I will have Kamut Shortbread this week.  Package of six cookies for $6.

Panettone:  This classic Italian Christmas bread is available now until December 24th.  Contact me to reserve yours!   Made with organic candied citrus.  This rich bread is 100% naturally leavened (no commercial yeast) with our wild yeast culture in a process that spans over 72 hours.  It has a delicate flavour, a soft, ultra light interior and when wrapped, will stay fresh for a month.  $30 for a 700g loaf, gift wrapped and great served at holiday gatherings.

Rum Stollen:  $20 for a 500g loaf.  Pre-ordering is a must for this one as it will only be available on either December 15th, 22nd or 24th.  Contact me to reserve.  

In addition to the usual pastry offerings, this week I will have Sour Cherry Scone and Dark Chocolate Brownie.
