You are invited to the pop-up this Saturday at Breadtopia HQ, 138 Church Street South in St. Marys. Hours of operation are 8am - noon. No need to knock, just walk right in!
Easter is in a few weeks away and Hot Cross Buns are available once again this year. Ingredients: Organic wheat flour, organic whole milk, sugar, egg, butter, currants, candied citrus and lemon peel, dark rum, sea salt, yeast and spices. $8 per half dozen buns. They freeze very well and can be thawed, wrapped in foil and reheated in your home oven. These will be available at the pop-up from now until Easter. Pre-orders highly recommended.
